Automatic sliding door mod. TNSA/2 90/400V Standard

Automatically operated sliding door model TNSA/2 90/400V (door thickness 90 mm) can be used in refrigerated rooms where the temperature is not below 0°C.

Automatic sliding doors are used in environments where there is considerable movement of people and goods with frequent door opening. The technical specifications of the door and the automation are designed to minimise wear and tear and therefore maintenance (except for routine maintenance by the customer).

Various functions and visual checks are already built into the control unit to check the operational status of each component. It is also possible to integrate (even at a later date) multiple devices that can facilitate use and management of the door (e.g. radio control, safety or opening photocells, radar, pull cord, etc).
This allows the automatic door’s operation to be customised according to the customer’s needs.
The TNSA 90/400V model is equipped with an internal and external lever handle to facilitate opening (on all doors).

The doors are available in zinc-plasticised sheet metal (various colours), in stainless steel with ScotchBrite finish or in fibreglass.

Optional fittings are available on request, depending on the environment in which the door will be used and the customer’s needs.
• PVC frame cladding with stainless steel and 20/10 stainless steel;
• only one stainless steel or plastic-coated zinc sheet panel in one of the available colours;
• supply of stainless steel connecting sheets.

If the door is installed under special environmental conditions and if there is a raised panel inside the room (forming a step between the door and the outside of the room), it is possible to create a raised threshold of the desired thickness, which can be used by the customer to install a ramp to access the room.

Teflon wheels (cut from solid material) and anti derailment system with bearings;

safety hook to prevent pad falling;

lower guide in silver-anodised aluminium (on request also in AISI 304 stainless steel);

perimeter and lower seal in closed-cell foam rubber;

food-safe shockproof PVC frame in white similar to RAL 9016 (on request also covered in AISI 304 stainless steel or entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel);

connecting plates and rail covers in plastic-coated zinc plate similar to RAL 9016 (on request also in AISI 304 stainless steel);

stainless steel hardware and fasteners;

external handle made of stainless steel, internal handle made of galvanised steel and covered in black rubber;

external and internal handle for large size doors;

IP56 panel in 400V 50 Hz with flashing light and pre-wiring;

IP56 motor in 400V 50 Hz with gearbox and chain transmission;

magnetic limit switches;

push-button for opening from inside the room with courtesy light;

double safety: radio safety contact strip and electromagnetic friction system fully mounted on top rail
